Endpoints

Purpose	Endpoint	Parameters	Data availability
Markets / instruments	`GET /v3/available_books/`	No required parameters for CoinEel's all-market/all-ticker call.	Tradable spot pair identifiers, base/quote metadata where the venue exposes it, and status/trading flags where available.
Tickers / 24h stats	`GET /v3/ticker/`	No required parameters for CoinEel's all-market/all-ticker call.	Last price, 24h base/quote volume when exposed, bid/ask when exposed, and native 24h change when exposed.

Rate limits

Official docs describe throttling/general API concepts; public market endpoints are unauthenticated.
