Public REST, no authentication for spot market data. Markets endpoint lists product_code rows; ticker is product-code-specific, so CoinEel enumerates spot markets and queries each ticker.

Tickers / 24h stats	`GET /v1/getticker?product_code=BTC_JPY`	No required parameters for CoinEel's all-market/all-ticker call.	Last price, 24h base/quote volume when exposed, bid/ask when exposed, and native 24h change when exposed.

Rate limits

Official docs publish API limit guidance; CoinEel uses public market endpoints and existing host throttling.
